With all reverbs on the Pulsar/SCOPE system PCI channels is a problem. This is the reason for so many versions as each reverb and everyone of you will have a different
priority for Reverb and also PCI channels to play with.
Still none recieved as of yet.
This is caused by a limitation of PCI resources on your computer.
Please check the manuals for help on this issue.
I have done the best job to make sure even the largest versions do not give you this error but no 2 systems are the same.
All Reverb verions up to the PT2020L, require 128megs of RAM.
Larger reverbs require at least 256megs of RAM, as ALL delays are run from RAM
I will have a full comparison chart soon -- I'm working on this now.
If your unsure what you want or what your system can handle Demos are up on the Demos area as well as at PlanetZ, and steckenleiter.de
You may have to delete some things, IE: audio drivers to be able to load them into your projects.
Also when you first load any of the devices and you get a NO MORE STDM connestions error, keep hitting Yes to the Retry prompt. After a few tries it will work: IF you have the DSP.
Remember these reverbs were created on a Killer machine with tons of DSP so when trying to load it on a
smaller DSP system you could get this error: However, it will load if you have the DSP.
I'm sorry but at this time anyone who has a VIA chipset better download the demos and make sure they can be run on your system.
Case in point: A 900mHz VIA system cannot use the same reverbs as a 500mHz Intel BX system.
Don't ask me why as I do not know why I'm merely going by what the test's have proven time and again.
